Its pretty self explanatory, read what the console puts out, it stopped on on SYS_ERR which is short for System Error. And it says it cant connect to the database. Either your login info is wrong or sql is not running. Thats why i asked if the problem could be in the db All the newStobm.bin files have the same login settings and all work exept for these two. According to xampp my sql is running and i have the 3 db filess icon turned green on navicat |
