turn off your firewall first and see if the issue is resolved. Usually linux will have firewalld for default but sometimes iptables. Either way, allow the Login / Gameserver port to your firewall for incomming tcp connection. Also, somtimes one of the ports are incorrect for SubHelper / Helper this could cause this problem of timed out as well. |
