Problem with t_users.

Hey everyone, I am having a problem with my t_users and I cant figure out what the problem is. The Player counter on my website says 0 whenever there are 20-30 people online. Im using the LC-CMS website that was released a few weeks ago. Ive tried clearing t_users and getting a fresh copy of the website. Can someone tell me whats wrong?
