i can think of 2 things

 

1. try first setting the client version to 1 in client and database at newproject_data at t_clientversion, set a_min to 1

 

2. clean the user db

go to newproject_db_user press crtl + a, right click on a table, "trunucate"

this will delete all records, after that u should be able to login,

or better use the clean database that cdwriter released in serverfiles
