Making Website From Scratch

Hello Dear Community,

 

Im really interested in making my own Ep1 Website since i dont wanna use someone elses.But i have no idea where to start , i understand some of the code. But i need you guys guide me a bit.

 

Where should i start first:

 

My questions are:

 

1.What Programs do i need? dreamweaver? photoshop?

2.I Seen many websites have Sql files to execute in navicat how do i create them? Are they necessary?

3.Which is first code or template?

4.I seen many tutorials yet im a bit confused cuze its making a gaming website.

5.Any useful links you have followed to make a website?

6.There are many codes which should i start first? 

 

Any other useful information is gladly accepted i really appreciate this comms help!
