1.What Programs do i need? dreamweaver? photoshop?

2.I Seen many websites have Sql files to execute in navicat how do i create them? Are they necessary?

Q. Get a basic template working then get the coding done, after this you can work around the site for graphics
4.I seen many tutorials yet im a bit confused cuze its making a gaming website.
Q. Google is your friend. (I still use it how myself)

Q. Asking questions gets answers = you learn + google again :p
