registration page online help

hi people i just want to put my registration page online so others can make account atm only me can view the site and make account form there how can i make it public plss help

If your using apache, find httpd.conf and change this:

 

#0.0.0.0 means all interfaces
#usually is set Listen 80, which means all interfaces
Listen 0.0.0.0:80
