Looking for Editor

Hi all ,

 

I want to edit Map in game . ( Large Map using button " W " . )

 

I need add new npc to this map ( Dot's ... ) ( where is quest avaiable , position NPC etc...  )

 

 

Now i have wrong texture on this map and map dont show new's npc ...

 

Which editor i should use for fix this ? 

 

Maybe link for editor or tutorial :-P

I am not sure about this but for maps on W i believe its tex tool,
