Bug item all editor

Hey, all, some know why i cant found the item i want to add, i am connected and all, it did heppen after a crash today, and after that it dident work, its say only the file dont found,  some tips to what i can look after ?

 

 the problem/crash i got today was the setItemALL_use.lod when i did add a older (coby) i got it did work agein, it did give error when login be fore that, and then the editor dont work after,.
