Hey guys, I wanted to request a little help from someone that may be able to provide it..
I was looking for that I had earlier but can no longer find....
I believe it is called "dta editor", and what it does is, when you click "m" ingame, it shows all of the towns npc on the map.
The tool I am looking for is made by Wizatek and it auto pulls the coordinates from SQL.
