Change Nation to ("Português")

hi all, i m trying to put options to change language at my launcher, and i need understand this.

 

my problem:

 

i have changed my nation to

 

Login Server = 8

Game Server = 8

ps.dta Country 8

t_clientversion = 0 to 20000

 

but the client show me a msg  invalid version.

 

what i need to change for now?

 

i think need make changes at the engine. but how make this? how i change nation at the engine?
