you need to modify num 0 , num 1 and level the book.

 

num 0 is the type of item, example 1=armor, 0= weapon

num 1 is the subtype

 

example to create a helmet: num 0=1 , num 1=1 and add level to book.

example to create a pants: num 0=1 , num 1=4

 

edit the item to be manufactured by the book, add skill required and level of skill (special skills) and add items required to crafting.

and edit flag (add item flag made)
