Setting that Items can throw on the ground

Hello,

 

at testplaying I have try to throw items to the ground. This doesn´t work.

 

Where I can set this that items can throw away to the ground. Items can discard to the trash. This works. Only if I want to throw a item on the ground, that don´t work.
