MP steal not working

Hello all. I'm having an issue where MP steal is not taking effect at all. when I use it in game and attack anything nothing happens, not with skills or auto attacks However HP steal works just fine and I don't think there are any issues with the source. Would anyone be able to help me with what I can try to fix it or be able to have a look at it for me, please? thanks in advance!. |
