Unable to load LoginWorld3_bg_only.wld. Assertion Fail.

Hello. I'm using november source and i can't make nksp load the login world. It crash always on  ReadState_t(pistrm);

As you can see in the stream there are all ìììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììììì

Since I did not modified this file i can't understeand why this fails. I attached the .wl files so you can check this.
