this error just means you dont have that very version of boost installed. depending on which version you have downloaded & built (if you even did that) you have to change the makefile.inc file.
So if you built version 1_65_1 from /index.php?/profile/20161-karmel/&do=hovercard" data-mentionid="20161" href="/index.php?/profile/20161-karmel/" rel="">@Karmel's Tutorial, then you need to change the 1_60 to 1_65_1.
