I added a few more tools in it to support Reza leak files made a Start item tool need to a a_name row into the sql table for it.
I upgraded the tool to support MYSQl 8.0. I figured out how to run LC on the latest sql with out adding it into the source.

Upgrades In works for the tool kit.
- reworking the catalog editor to support reza free mall.
- adding catalog exporter in the new catalog editor for the normal sources'
i mean, the github version doesn't contain the upgraded mysql8 and all your work... why not send a pull request?
