Which source are u using? Do you get any game server logs about it?
I don't have any source with me atm, but search for ">= 97" without the "" in your gs source and u might find something. I remember seeing a piece of code with item level >= 97 or so in a source (don't remember if original or custom source) regarding item price, but I can't recall what exactly it was atm, maybe it's connected to ur issue
