Missing

((CUIChildQuickSlot*)pUIManager->GetUI(UI_QUICKSLOT4))->FirstOpen();

in SessionState.cpp to show extra bar by default (if it was defined in ps.dat)

 

now just need to configure properly

ToggleVisibleEXQuickSlot
