Ok, now go retracing your steps. What was the last thing you did? You could debug the gameserver, see what is the last thing that happens before it "crashes". Look up on the client what package id is sent to the server when the user opens the shop, look up that package id on the server and go chasing down the bug. You could try another "clean" db, to rule out that it is not a problem related to some table...
