How to get UV Map from TopUI.tex? In other words how to map different portion of texture and apply in pTextureStock->Ob

HP & MP bars (From main HUD) are not solid colors, all are textures in topui.tex, get the desired quadrant in TopUi and then just widen those pixels when you render them in the draw queue (AddTexture)
