Hope you find the people you need! Didn't have too much luck with this myself a few years back but it might be easier to connect if you write a little about your skillset when it comes to creating an LC server ? Also what you need in terms of files, maybe you have some plans for the server that you could share, goals for it or even hosting solutions. I think some more information would get you a bit more response on a post like this.
