robino1996 is correct, if you turn your firewall on without adding a exception no one will be able to connect, you need to disable it "open it" in order for players to connect. lol bro i just turned off my firewall without adding a exception and players absually can connect to my server so im right too you can ask any of my 30 players that were always online in my server that now its gone btw  but yeahh take care
