Use bloodsealseditor to see the ID gems.

Then in the game, type
/ ID> armor / weapon or accessory> <1>
Example: / 2736 0 0 1 5 64 3 64 3 64 3 64 3 64 3> Drop Accessory 5x 30% speed.
I just tested the 1279 version;
