Help with xampp

maybe try to change your port of apache. can u tell me how? its very weird that nothing works, even when i type "localhost" on my explorer it doesnt work so phpmyadmin and all that doesnt work..... shut all programms off, e.g skype, when skype running it doesnt start^^ its a dedicated server, there arent any programs running |
