First i schow you how you can creat forum in youre pc with hamachi and xampp

zu erst ich zeige euch wir ihre eine forum erstellt mit hamachi und xampp

you dont need many programe for a forum

1- creat in xampp htddocs new folder with nam your forum Exp xxxxlastchaos.forum

2-unzip 3 files test.php , install.php and WCFSetup.tar.gz in xxxxlastchaos.forum folder

3-go to internet write that 2

4-in thes page in internet you see install click install

5-go to 2 and to meistgeladene plugens

6-download WBB Portal 2.2 and go to page 4 download AllaTurkaa

7- i show you with video how to do that
