You have 2 problems:

1)Your using obfuscation which is mixing code that will make some parts of the code look similar as a virus

2)Your posting debug instead of release(debug the code is bigger not optimized, usually used to test your software, and much slower). Applications compiled in debug they can only be used only on systems which have debugged librarys installed(people must have Visual Basic installed on those systems), Using a Released version people will use standard librarys(no IDEs needed or debug librarys, in this case only .Net).
