I dont see what your trying to show?  Typing in /levelup 199 isnt fixing anything LOL.

You all just should edit all the Levelcap offsets that were posted with a Hexeditor and add the t_exp values up to the levelcap you want, if it didnt worked there may some more offsets needed... anyways idk why anyone would need a server with the levelcap of 190+
