Thanks for the help i got the the launcher to work but when i add files to update the client they dont update client opens an says update complete any idea why?

did u change also in the "version.txt" the Client Version u wanna go to?

i have gothics client,also 2.0

i put in version.txt 2.0 and all works but

when i would upload patches into the launcher, which name the .zip file must have? 2.1 ?2.01 ?

2.0 is what Gothic calls it(Its not the official client version), see what version is in vtm.brn, and put it in version.txt.

EDIT:it works now! i have forgotten to take 18 in the version.txt

Does the patches work with hamachi?

hmm ... i did erverything exaktly as in the video, but the launcher crashes as always.

Just enter your hamachi ip instead of localhost.
