why i cant use the tool

Probably because u are using it wrong

 

it reads the following files:

 

itemAll_usa.log

mobAll_usa.lod

Skills_usa.bin

QuestAll_usa.lod

 

So these files always have to be present in the same folder FastList is in

 

note the usa..

if u have _ger it will also work but u have to rename them to usa
