There is no real difference between EP2 and EP3 with running

So who was able to run EP2, will be able to run the new ones.

EP3 isnt maybe much different ingame, but i guess GS etc its very much changed.

FIrst you need to have the tools.

EP3 Itemall = New Structure same with other things

 

then you need to have the updates for ep3 like new trade agent etc.

 

get that its kinda hard i guess but if you then have it and you can do it then it maybe ok but its much harder than ep2 i guess

Each update u get the new GS,nothing to change in the old one.

Ofcourse every .lod on every episode have different strutture,EP1 different from EP2 and EP2 different from EP3,its all normal lol

I really doubt the files have a different set up , although theres obviously no packs made as of yetto allow ep3 to be ran on virtual machine, thats the only difference Id imagine.

So in a way, yes not everyone will be able to run them at the start.

People wont have issues working the ep3 files versus the ep2 files. There is no huge sudden difference.

The big thing will be editing new stuff in because there are about a handful of editors that work with Ep3 files, poorly at that. 90% of this community uses public editors from wizatek or someone. Without these editors most servers will not be able to produce content. So it will just show everyone for the noobs they are, not able to edit files without a tool made by someone else and so forth. What it will do though is continue to ruin it for the people who are running ep3 files fine. You all claim it wont kill LC but everytime files leak and are up to date with everyone else it burns people out on the new features and content. It wont directly kill LC but it certainly will weaken LC pservers more than they already are.

Episode 3 will run exactly as episode 2, setting it up its not really a issue difficulty level stays same as ep2 linus. if Venus last chaos admin managed to install them then you dont really need a lot of knowledge.
