[TuT] Normal Launcher

hello,

today im going to show you how to start lastchaos over the normal launcher with your own patch notes:

What you need:

- A Server or Webspace with an own IP (Free hoster like Funpic doesnt go because they have no own IP)

- The html files (I ripped the files two months ago from LC GER )

- Moded Launcher (Attached)

- Wizas Ip Tool

 

Download:

Update for new Launcher (requires other Download):

(Just copy the html and picture files in /lc_update and replace the LC.exe in the LC Folder.)

 

Instruction:

 

At first edit the ip.txt and version.txt:

 

ip.txt:

http://yoururl.com/lc_update/lc_patch/

 

Version.txt:

1507

The right version can you also display with wizas ip tool.

 

At next put a .zip with the Version name in the folder where the version.txt is.

Example: "1507.zip"

 

Edit the notice.html and update.html to your wishes and upload all.

 

Then edit the patch server url/ip with wizas ip tool.

Example: "http://yoururl.com/lc_update/"

 

At last replace the LC.exe in your LC folder and copy the game.exe into the "Bin" Folder.

Run LC.exe and have fun !!!

and as I gave the ip from hamachi I have everything I just did not click the Start

problem with normal launcher, its that if you make a mistake in patches, good for reinstall the game, thats why i did tuto with neoncube

but i wriote an little script name it nksp.exe ant these close the launcher an start "game.exe" (not yours just a renamed patches.exe)
