I set the rates at 0 but when i add my own number, it stay at 0 the rates

For me it was a MySql problem, if you have more than 1 MySql connection delete the Others.

Only i have problem with the file server?

 

If i use other file server for example (Nikola server) work, but with this file server i have error. Anyone have same problem?
