Open TopUI.tex

Hi guys!

I am new in lc devs and i was trying to open the file TopUI.tex inside `Data\\Interface`. When i try to open it with `Tex Toll 1.3b` or `UITool` both application just crashes! Anyone have an idea!? 

(Hope to have wrote in the correct section!)

The file might be encrypted or broken, try using one from another client

I think is encrypted too ... is there any method for retrieve the original one !?

Can't, cause the xml is different and the UI appear bugged
