DB not connect in my website

Hi everyone I have a big problem with my website I put the files in the html folder of my VPS as my friend did for his vien but when I connect me to save me or simply view the rankings its not working its says nothing. And if my friend and yet it is the same website. So to say everything the website does not connect to the DB why?

so there should something wrong in your website.maybe pass of myql or wrong database settings
