Hey comunity i want tell me how can i change drop items on mobs , i changed in database in t_npc but dont work , mobs now not drop nothing with IDB + lucky speel book . please help me one , thanks for all .

You need to put the drops into the right order. You need to start with a_item0 and fill them in, next is a_item1,...

 

Also dont forget to fill in droprate at a_item_percent0,...
