for fix the quest of vladimir-nairat you need first of all QuestEditor for some reason i dont share it 

 

later you need search the Quest ID like = 381 then you can see is wrong Quest ( 2 )

 

later you need Edit the quest like same i have make me ( 2 )

 

later save at your client and save a new t_quest.sql at your desktop and later empty your t_quest from navicat then put this one and you will have the quest wokring like here can see something

i change quest like in screen 2 

i loge on i get quest i kill boss monster
