Well was needing help to lower rates of xp on my server there any ferramento or something for this?

You can try using another t_npc for newproject_data with rates already x1 and then customize it

for example:

if u had x20 before:

 

UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp=a_exp/20 WHERE 1

 

then you can enter the new rate like u did normal

 

UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp=a_exp*xx WHERE 1

It is better to lower the exptable (t_exp) and keep the t_npc original

Having monsters give too much exp can cause problems.
