I want to hear what you think about my Idea. I dont have the time right now to end my post and there are still many open points. You can tell me what you think about it and I write more this evening or tomorrow.

First I want to say I dont have the skills do build my own private Server. I would be able to run the files on a root but I dont have the experience to update anything. Thats why I want to talk in this Thread about my idea how to run a great Last Chaos EP2 Server. At the moment I can not find at least one server that accord to my anticipations and that is realy sad.
The biggest problem every private server has are the cash NPCs. You can find them everywhere because a server with cash NPC looks on the first few player friendly and you dont expect that the server trys to make money. Its retarded to allure player with high rate servers, cheap custom stuff and a cash NPC.
But I just want to say something about the cash NPC:
Everyone thinks that this NPC makes playing easyer but thats not true. You only can buy there stuff whitch give you for example 250% more EXP. But this only pushes the rates. So you can read in the thread that the rates are 50x but thats not true in the reality, they are higher.
Stuff like EXPB are only buyable in the Mall so when you want to level realy faster you have to cash. Those items are not needed so its a bad source of income for the administrator.
Its true for the admin the most important part is the money he will earn but I see people dont think about how to make money professional. Its not the money you make after you released the server, its the money you make in future and the money you make continual. All those servers are focused on the money they can make in the first few months because there are people who think "well when I dont earn money I rush /shutdown and build the next server".
So in following I want to talk about my Idea how an administrator can lead a server for years.
With this concept I would build the first "offical-private" Server.

So this is maybe one of the most important part and it is hard to explain how I would do it. There has to be a unique cutomized table for sure and basically the developer has to change every entry. It is unimaginable to push the monster experience only x3 for example there have to be alot tests but its definitely possible to build a perfect experience table whitch is based on alot of tests. At the moment you need to get from Level 1 to 5 on most private servers 1 - 5 seconds because you only have to kill a fox. So it would be perfect when you need to get from Lv. 1 to Lv. 2 maybe 7 or 8 foxes. But you also would need 3 or 4 dire wolves. So it still takes time to get the first few levels but there is no big differentce between the needed experience at first 5 Levels.
It would be great if you can get to level 30 in juno there should be no reason and it should take one and a half hour.
I dont have the time to explain more about the first levels but maybe you can imagine how long it would take (without any exp items) to mid level.
Maybe at level 120 or something the parable change into a line. This changes alot in the gameplay because the parable would climb alot faster in higher levels.
The experience you need has to be a wide half parable but maybe at high level it could get linear. So the parable isnt steep whitch means for the early levels it is easy to climb up.

I also have to say that there are in this stage no rates. So you can build weekend experience events for example Exp x 1.5
1.1 About the EXP Cap
At the moment you only can push your gaint experience-percentral by 300% for example. This was again a sad try by gamigo and aeria to earn some money with cash items and remember what I told you, you dont want to rip your players because they will leave your server in time for sure if you do, so what is to do?
The remove of this content is needed and you can manipulate the maxiumum amount of this value by nerfing the Iris down to 150% for example. This could be a perfect value if there are other experience items and the player is able to push his exp-bonus up to 600% for example (Important Its hard to get 600% and this is would be only for a short duration and only rich people can get this). If he want this great experience boost he has to use alot items and there are items whitch would give only 15% bonus experience for example and its hard to get them but this would change alot.
1.2 Boost Experience
Every Last Chaos player trys to buff his experience bonus as hard as he can during the level sessions. There should be a few items whitch are easy to get bu tonly buff experience by 25% for example. 25% EXP Boost means when you get 1.000EXP (100%) from one monster kill you will get 1.250EXP (125%) with the item. Easy to get means you can craft them with some items whitch you can drop everywhere. The con of those items is that they only work for 15 minutes and as I said you have to craft them so you have to learn how to build them by a unique crafting npc but I will talk more about crafting in a other point.
The drop rate of those items is pretty okay whitch means when they have a duration of 15 Minutes you hypothetical would drop 4 of them in one hour. This still builds a good market and they are not underrated in tradings.
So there are maybe 6 different Items, earch can boost your experience by 20 - 40 Percent for 15 Minutes. Those Items are only dropable but easy to get. So you can boost your experience up to 180% without Itemmall and only by dropping crafting material and buiulding them.
The big thing is that you cant buy them at any NPC and this guarantees a market with constant prices.
You can also buy some EXP Boosting Items at the Mall for sure. There are two different experience potions whitch are running for one month. Both of them can increase your experience by 120%.
Experience Booster, should get removed. It destroys the game in my opinion and it assists power leveling.
All those boosters and potions do not access to any quests its not possible to boost any quests.
1.3 Experience Quests
Leveling with quests is not the main way to level. On my concept you prefer grinding but there are quests like kill 100x monster XY and you get some experience you level effeclty with both methods and it is always possbile to level with both.
1.3.1 The Quest Book
I think a great Idea would be a Book in your inventory. There you can accept new quests for your level and you can find there always quests. So when you get level 20 you start killing horn beasts for example and in your book there is a quest "Kill 20 Hornbeasts" when you have killed them you could get a little movementspeed boosts for 10minutes for example and 100 experience points for example.
1.4 Group System
When you are in a group and someone killed a monster you get 50% of the experience he gained if he is nearly the same level as you. This will increase group playing.
1.4.1 Group Buffs
Every Character has his own PVM Group buff this could be everything but I would buff the unpopular classes with this content. The cleric for example can increase the cooldown time by 20% Percent.
1.5 Optional Drops
During the Level Sessions everyone can farm up and get some usefull items for the high level future. The important point is that there are a few good items whitch are hard to get and maybe only droopable at some places.
So you can only drop the famous Haste Potion for example at Harpys and if you want them you should farm them.
So the old cash items are optional drops and will help for a constant market.
Aswell you can get them by some PVM Quests.
2.0 Upgrade System
Maybe you already noticed that I hate the big Last Chaos updates. The updates whitch changed a system were the worst.
I think the Heaven Stone Upgrade System was perfect and you should upgrade your High Level Equipment with Heaven Stones aswell. So the Heaven Stone drop rate should be increased by maybe 2x or 4x I am not sure this must be tested but its also possible to buy them in the Mall.
Heaven Stones are the main revenue of the mall and they have a big worth on the market aswell.
Extreme Stones and so on should still exsists aswell this was a great system and they destroyed it by the EP2 Patch.
