Payment Wall Accepting Ep1s?

-As the title indicates i was wondering if payment wall is still accepting new ep1 p-servers? 

 

-And if they are not accepting what is the reason ?

they will not accept because people get a payment wall and its waste of time for them and to bypass the paymentwall thing all you gotta do is make a fake site and get the paymentwall that way ( do it at your own risk)

Paymentwall denies service to any LastChaos private server. They must of caught on that it was illegal and they were handling dirty money.
