Quest Level Requeriment Problem

I made a quest, but always says that my level its not inside the level requeriment, which its set to 1 - 999 or 1 - 185 but still the same problem.

In every quest, i get this problem, how to solve?

Which Editor you use?

If you use your own then its possible you made a mistake at the Source.

are you sure u have do it corectly

 

if no you can check my screenshoot and  try the same thing i have put on the config later  save on client and update-insert all on database

 

restart ur server and it should work fine i hope

 

 

The scrennshoot mean the title for the titan reward

I think its the db, i have a good not public Quest Editor, so ima try change it and see if that its the problem
