Failed to login server

Ive always a problem when i would like enter the account id and the password for enter in my private server.

The error message is always "Failed to connect to login server" but I created an account and I used an IP Tool for the file "sl".

 

I dont understand this. If someone can help me.

firewall off ? (ports free) ?

The problem has change. The new message when i would like to enter in game is "Timed out".  

And now, thats not about right port, firewall etc ..

When i start the login server, it is block here. I dont know if its normal.

if u get time out is cuz gameserver, u have firewall off?

The problem isnt about firewall or anti virus :/
Maybe its because of a program but i dont know wich is it ...

Edit: All login server is out for me. I downloaded a private server and i created an account but i cant connect me in game. So its a problem to my computer i think ...

I cant connect me in private server but i can in official server.
