How increase % to Master Stone?

i want know how i can increase % to master stone because it fail :S

change 16 to 17-29

 

29 = Max can upgrade no fail to +30

the new master stone system can fail (bigger/greater masterstones) the old one have 100% but the new one 30 or 33%
