Centos ep2 Connector - Bind error

Ive tried to create the ep2 i came so far good untill the connector start ive got failed to bind to ip anyone knows a fix for it ?

You should restart your vps\vds\dedic\virtualbox whatever you use.

Btw I came so far good but can you help me out in here , All servers runs good just the Game Server cant connect With Connector it always says Cannot connect to connector at game server but all others are fine
