It means you hvent let the server fully load everything. Wait til game server is done loading all maps and then you can connect to it without the maintenance

did you delete the Castle info?

nothing try uploading db.sql? if that dont work something happened to your sql file.

it would help to execute a new t_zone.sql data it should solve the problem and be sure the server has got right maps inside
