how to start dcs

I got a bit confused my question is how the setwartime works

i tried but nothing came out of it

could anyone give me a detailed explanation i mean the date format

/setwartime2 2013 10 26 16 00 dratam

Nothing happens Does it have to appear something or

1. step -> /whoami

 

2. for the dcs -> /setwartime2 year month day hour min

for mcs -> /setwartime year month day hour min

 

example: /setwartime2 2013 10 20 20 00 

 

dcs start -> 20 October 2013 20:00
