Episode 3 server files?

Hey guys.

 

I was a bit wondering and wanted to ask you if any of those files are public e.g. the emulator or ep3 in the last few days some ep3 servers has been opened and the development of those isnt really good. So i was actually really wondering how peoples are getting ep3 files e.g. venus lc

has now ep3 but the server by itself isnt really good, even C2 armor is bugged 

 

Note: are emulator files for ep3 released ?

I was wondering just how peoples get on ep3 files since its not public

They aint the emulator.. They are the official EP3 files.
