Little peak on a lc site im working on

Ive just started working on a LC web site from the ground up all i have is a demo site but my site is having a hard time to connect to the mysql host 

im getting this SQLSTATE[HY000] [2005] Unknown MySQL server host sql102.byethost33.com (3) every time i click summit on  register

but you can still view it at 2 once i learn more ill had more to it im using PDO with it

I have it config right it works on xamp just fine

Many webhosts dont allow u to connect to another mysql server then theirs
