From database. The ItemAll.lod has no problems.

Look, Try to do this procedure Below 

 

open ItemAll Editor and opens the file itemALL_usa.lod to your customer

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and see if the problem is resolved.
 
Names in your DB will be the same as is in the editor.
