Launcher UPDATE not work!

hello guys i have problem in UPDATE Launcher i have Video :

click check tool set to 50 also.

Upload contents of Web to a website, edit ip.txt to the location of lc_patch folder, update lccnct.dta with IP Editor to point to the location of lc_update folder
 
 
ip.txt points to patch folder
 
lccnct.dta points to update folder
 
version.txt just has the version number in plain text
 
vtm.brn has local version number in hex (version x3 + 27 then written in hex)
 
updates are stored as numbered zip files (version 1 is 1.zip and so on) and are extracted in the root folder
 
start.bat launches the client cause i was too lazy to do it any other way(pressing start in updater runs start.bat)
 
EDIT: to change the page the launcher launches when "Home Page" is clicked edit the LC.exe in a hex editor and search for www.lastchaos-usa.com and edit it

and i test it with premium host

i think problem is in free host 

 

becaus i test it with 3 different free host not working and and i test it with premium host worked
